I was talking to the guys at http://www.seaforce.co.uk/ a couple of days ago about a VHF course (something I should've done yonks ago Embarassed ) and during our blether he said that if there were "a few" people doing the course he may be able to do a "deal" on price. Anybody interested?? If there's enough interest ie. me and one other I'd organise the dates etc

Go to Strathclyde park yacht club they do the VHF course for about £65 quid and alot cheaper than seaforce. It is run by the RYA 2 day course and test at the end and the details are on the RYA website. Seaforce were wanting about £120 rip off

Seaforce were talking about £80 ahead.......Strathy Park werent interested unless there were about 6 on the course. It may still be an option though.

Strathclyde park must be quiet if they require you to have 6 people to book. Normally they are busy as they are the cheapest. Seaforce were expensive when I contacted them a few years back, it seems they have dropped their price a bit. Maybe the recession is bitting them.
